Good evening folks,

Can you please help me re-connect with my uncle?
My name is Plamen Miltenoff and I live in St. Cloud, MN.
My mother is visiting with me and we are trying to find my uncle (her brother), Alexei Belchev.
The only contact we have with him is

A.Beltchev ;Dawson Box 1568 YT YOB 1G0 ;

Today is his birthday and we wished we can reach him.
I googled the Police Department, yet did not find one for Dawson.
I also called randomly (white pages, Smith), but the person I talked to said that his family does not know Alex Belchev.

I am wondering if you would be able to:
1. give me a contact information to some service in town, which can help me locate my uncle
2. provide some contact info, if you know him (I understand that Dawson is a rather small community)
